How do I chose which chain and charms that I want?
On the product page, please use the drop down options and select as many of the charm inspiration ideas as you like. If you’re not sure if it’s worked, please e-mail me your preferences with your order number.
Can I request specific charms?
You can absolutely! I can’t guarantee that I’ll have exactly what you’re asking for but it’ll give me great inspiration to make your charms perfect! Please let me know your initial, birth month, star sign and fave things! You can also let me know things you don’t like such as alcohol, knives or anything too big!
How are the kits shipped?
The kits are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked48 service and kits should be processed within 3-5 working days (I will let you know on social media or via my website banner if there are any delays!).
I’ve received my kit but something is wrong/is missing.
Oh no, I am so sorry! Please contact me at contact@ebajewellery.co.uk with your order number and a photo of what is wrong and I’ll do my best to fix it!
I am ordering a second kit from you so I already own the pliers/ thumb ring. I don’t want to pay for them again. What do I do?
As you select your chain and charms, please tick the box that says “No pliers” and then at checkout enter in the code “NOPLIERS” and £3 will be deducted from your total!
How do I actually attach the charms to the chain?
You’ll use jump rings! They are small metal circles that open and close from a small gap. There are picture instructions within your kit as well as video and written instructions which can be found here. It’s really easy but sometimes does require some patience so don’t rush it and practice the movement with a jump ring alone before you add your charm and chain.
I have very big/very small wrists and I don’t think the bracelet will fit me well.
Don’t worry one bit! It’s really easy for me to customise the length of your chosen bracelet or necklace. In the text box for charm customisation, please let me know your wrist diameter and I will make sure that yours will be a comfortable fit for you!
If you forget to do this and receive your kit and your chain is too big, simply add one of your jump rings to a part of the chain further in and when you fasten it, fasten it there.
If you forget to do this and receive your kit and your chain is too small, please message me and I am more than happy to send you out an extender free of charge!
I want to do a mixed metal piece, how do I add that to my basket?
Select your chosen charm and then on the charm selection, pick both gold and silver options and I’ll do a mix of both! You will receive jump rings that match the colour of your chain.
I want to order these kits for a hen do/birthday party/girly night and I’ll do ordering more than 10 of them. Can I get a discount?
Yes! Please fill out my enquiry form or send me an email or DM with all of the details and I will reduce the price for you!
Do I need to return the pliers/ thumb ring to you?
Nope! They are yours to keep. You can then customise your piece day by day for different occasions swapping out the charms with the tools. Pliers are always handy to have and I think the thumb rings look cool worn as normal rings!
What length are the necklaces and bracelets?
The necklaces are 45cm with a 5cm extension. This seems to be a good average for most people but if you want considerably longer or shorter, please let me know as you purchase and I’m happy to customise.
The bracelets are around 18cm. Again, a good standard length but I’m very happy to customise them if requested, free of charge!
Is this kit appropriate for children?
I would recommend for this kits for children ages 8 and up. Please note that the jump rings are small and are a choking hazard. The pliers are pointed and could nip or cut if used incorrectly. Please supervise children at all times whilst they craft.
Is each kit just for one person?
Yes. The kit includes just one chain. Please purchase additional kits for multiple people.
I have ran out of jump rings. What should I do?
If you have broken or deformed your jump rings, please purchase additional here.
What metals is everything made from?
The chains are stainless steel. Whilst stainless steel is tarnish and water resistant, I would personally recommend avoid showering or swimming in your piece to increase its longevity.
Are the charms on permanently when I add them on?
Nope. That’s the thing I love most about charm jewellery - the possibilities are endless! If you’re out for an evening with the girls, you can add on a more sultry charm then the next morning, change it out for a dianty flower more appropriate for brunch with your grandma!
Please note that the more the jump rings are opened and closed, the weaker they may get but they’re pretty sturdy - use your own judgement and make sure they’re fully closed every time!
